What is "Fabric Popup Straight Backwall Kit with Clamping Lights"?

Fabric Popup Straight Backwall Kit with Clamping Lights is a portable display solution built around a collapsible aluminum pop-up frame, a stretch polyester fabric graphic, and integrated clamping LED lights. Designed for trade shows, events, and promotional setups, it gives exhibitors a structured backdrop that assembles without tools and transports in a carry bag, making it a practical choice for brands that exhibit across multiple venues.

Common Use Cases

This display is commonly deployed across a range of event and promotional environments, including:

  • Trade shows and industry expos
  • Corporate promotional events
  • Retail point-of-sale and in-store promotions
  • Brand activation and experiential marketing setups
  • Conference and seminar backdrops
  • Product launch events
  • Recruiting and career fair booths

How to Choose the Right One

  • Consider the available floor space at your event venue before selecting a backwall size, as the straight configuration is best suited to linear booth layouts with a defined back wall.
  • If portability is a priority, confirm that the display ships with a carry bag and that the frame weight is manageable for your team, since this kit is designed to be transported and stored compactly.
  • Evaluate whether your event environment has adequate ambient lighting, and if not, choose the version that includes clamping LED lights to ensure your graphic remains visible to attendees.
  • Assess how frequently you plan to update your graphics, since the Velcro fabric attachment on this display allows for straightforward graphic replacement without replacing the entire frame.
  • Confirm that the fabric meets any venue-specific safety requirements, as the stretch polyester used in this kit carries flame-retardant properties relevant to many trade show and event hall regulations.
  • Factor in production and shipping lead times when planning your event schedule, as this display requires artwork approval before a 24-business-hour production window begins, followed by 5 to 7 business days for domestic delivery.
