Can I buy just the frame without printed graphics? +
Yes. The hardware-only option includes the aluminum frame with integrated RGB LED lighting, without printed graphics.
Can I get graphics printed on both sides? +
Yes. Both single-sided and double-sided printed graphic options are available, as well as replacement graphics only.
Are the RGB LEDs built into the frame, or supplied separately as LED strips? +
The RGB lighting is built into the frame. The 120mm (4.7-inch) profile is normally double-sided RGB. Removable LED strips are an optional upgrade for a backlit SEG light box effect.
How is the fabric installed so it doesn't block the lights? +
The fabric is sewn with a silicone edge that is inserted into the extrusion slot of the frame, so it does not block the RGB lighting.
Which colors and effects are available, and can I control them with a remote or app? +
Every unit comes with an RGB controller and remote control for choosing static colors and dynamic lighting modes. WiFi / QR code app control is available on supported models, where more colors can be set. See the product specifications for details.
Can we set a custom brand color? +
Yes. Custom RGB colors can be set up through the app on models that support app control.
Does the controller remember the last setting after it is turned off? +
Controllers are pre-programmed and paired with their remotes. As long as you do not unpair them, they keep working as set up.
Can several frames be synced together? +
Yes. Several frames can be set up to sync together. On one large booth we run, only 2 controllers were needed.
What voltage does it use, and which plug types are available? +
Power supplies are 100-240V. US, UK, EU and AU plug types are available.
Can it run on a battery or power bank? +
Yes. It can be powered with our rechargeable battery or a power bank. Contact us for details.
Does the frame get hot during long use? +
It may get slightly warm, which is normal and within safety limits.
Is it UL, ETL, or CE certified, and is the fabric fire-rated? +
We hold UL (controller), CE, RoHS, REACH and Prop 65 compliance, and EMC testing is in process. The fabric is fire-resistant.
Is it suitable for outdoor use? +
No. It is for indoor use only.
What is the LED lifespan? +
The RGB LEDs are rated for about 30,000 hours and the LED bulbs for about 50,000 hours. They are not easily damaged in normal use.
Does this display require tools to assemble? +
No. The modular aluminum frame is designed for quick, tool-free assembly and dismantling.
How long does production and shipping take, and is pickup available? +
