Do you offer pre-designed templates, or can everything be custom?
Yes to both — you can start from one of our pre-designed templates and tailor it to your church's branding, or work with our team on a fully custom design from scratch.
Can I see a proof of my design before it's printed?
Yes, every order includes a free 2D design proof so you can review exactly how your banner or backdrop will look before it goes into production. Nothing prints until you approve it.
Is there a cost for the design proof?
No — the 2D design proof is free with every order.
Is the fabric safe to use in a sanctuary or near stage lighting/pyrotechnics?
Yes. Our backdrop fabric is B1 fire-retardant, meaning it will not act as a source of ignition. In the rare case it does come into contact with flame, the material is designed to burn very slowly rather than catching or spreading fire quickly, making it a safer choice for use around stage lighting, candles, or sanctuary equipment
What does "end-to-end service" actually include?
Our end-to-end service covers the entire journey from concept to completion — starting with design consultation and a free 2D proof, moving through production using our fire-retardant, wrinkle-free fabric, and ending with careful packaging and delivery right to your church. We handle every step in between so your team doesn't have to manage multiple vendors or guess at specs.
