Custom Backdrops for Events & Parties

These kits are built to perform across a wide range of settings, including trade shows, corporate conferences, branded photo moments, product launches, outdoor festivals, retail activations, and private or social events. The fabric displays and modular frames are venue-agnostic, meaning the same kit can move between an indoor exhibition hall and an outdoor canopy setup without requiring a different structure. Portability and quick assembly are central to how every kit is engineered.

Yes. Every kit at Backdropsource is made to order with your artwork, logos, colors, and messaging printed directly onto the fabric panels. You can supply print-ready files or work with the free artwork assistance team to prepare your design for production. Complimentary 2D mockups are provided before printing begins, so you can see exactly how your branding will look on the finished display before approving the order.

All fabric graphics are printed on sustainable, PVC-free stretch fabric that is wrinkle-resistant, washable, and engineered for repeated use across multiple events. The material is designed to maintain color vibrancy and structural tension over time, so your branding looks sharp at the first event and the tenth. The PVC-free construction also aligns with sustainability requirements for organizations that have eco-conscious procurement policies.

Production timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the kit, but Backdropsource operates with event deadlines in mind. Standard production typically runs within a few business days after artwork approval, with free shipping included for continental US orders. If you have a specific event date, contact the team at sales@backdropsource.com, so production and delivery can be scheduled around your deadline.

Yes. Every kit is engineered for tool-free or minimal-tool assembly that a single person can complete in minutes. The aluminum frames are designed to snap, twist, or slide together using intuitive connections, and the fabric graphics stretch over the frame like a pillowcase, eliminating the need for adhesives or hardware. Setup instructions are included, and the Backdropsource support team is available if you need guidance during your first assembly.

Portability is a core design requirement across the entire range. Frames break down into compact sections and fabric panels fold flat, so the complete kit packs into a carry bag or rolling case that fits in a car trunk or checks as standard airline luggage. This makes it practical to move a full branded setup between multiple events without freight shipping costs or professional installation crews at each location.

The stretch fabric used across all kits is designed for commercial-grade durability. Graphics retain their color accuracy and structural integrity through multiple event cycles, and the fabric can be machine washed when needed without degrading the print. Backdropsource backs every product with a 1-year product warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and gives you confidence that the investment will perform across your event calendar, not just a single activation.

Yes, and this is one of the most practical advantages of the modular system. The aluminum frames are built to last across many events, so when your branding changes or you need updated messaging for a new campaign, you only need to order replacement fabric graphics rather than an entirely new kit. This significantly reduces the long-term cost of maintaining a professional branded presence across multiple events throughout the year.
